Very satisfied with this product. The pan is definetly a two mix pan. It is comparable to a 11 x 14 sheet cake size pan. I was extremely happy with the size of this pan. And as always heppy with the quality of Wilton products. Great buy.

Worked out great. My daughter had a book birthday party theme and we used this pan to make her cake. Directions were easy to follow and the cake turned out great. One of the kids said it was the best cake she ever had!

I bought this for my wife, a librarian- well, for me, really, since I'm the one who ends up doing all the baking.
I'll admit that I was skeptical. How was the middle going to cook before he thin edges burned? But, the wife said she needed book shaped cakes, and maybe the folks on Ace of Cakes can sculpt a cake with a knife, I certainly can't. Call it a cheat. This thing works, and yellow cake, at least, comes out clean and ready for icing.
The pan cleans up easy, too, which is a boon.

Pan was received on time and worked well, be sure to let it rise above pan and trim flat so Cake will sit right.
